The Accounting Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:LEGALSENSE LLC (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") And; The Subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "The Client"). 1. Scope of Services Client engages Provider to perform accounting services as per the selected plan: Standard Package - 99$ AED (incl.VAT) per month including full bookkeeping (up to 50 transactions/month). 2. Term and Renewal This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the signing date. If the Client does not provide a 30-day written notice before the end of the term, the contract will be automatically renewed for another year. If the client exceeds the number of transactions included in the subscribed package within a month, they will automatically be charged for the higher package for the next month. (Business Package: 199$/month.Payment Gateway fees are included in the price. 3. Payment Terms Payment is made monthly via Stripe or any other payment processor chosen by the Provider. If payment fails, the Client has 7 days to update payment details. Late payments incur a penalty of 10$ per day until settled. 4. Client Responsibilities The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all financial documents provided to the Provider. The Client acknowledges full compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations and releases the Provider from any liability related to penalties or fines imposed by the government. Client will issue the invoices. 5. Limitation of Liability The Provider shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or losses due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the Client. The Client bears full responsibility for their financial and tax obligations under UAE law. This does not included the Stamping & Audit as we cannot handle this (special audit company) 6. Termination The contract may be terminated with a 30-day written notice. If terminated early without notice, the Client remains liable for the full annual fee. By accepting the terms of service , the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement and swears that all provided information is accurate and truthful. The use of the website and its services is under the full responsibility of the user.
Jurisdiction This website and its terms of use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction attributed to the courts of USA in the event of any dispute.
